Meet Vanessa Serrata, a dedicated Patient Care Advocate at Crescendo MD. Vanessa has served as a patient care coordinator in Silicon Valley since 2017.
Prior to embarking on her journey in concierge medicine, Vanessa pursued her education and showcased her athletic abilities as a softball player at both De Anza College and Hope International University.
Vanessa is committed to ensuring our patients get the support they need to navigate their healthcare interactions. She plays a pivotal role in coordinating care between our physicians, nursing staff, and external facilities.
Outside of her role at Crescendo MD, Vanessa has a passion for fitness and cherishes quality time with her family.
