Rosa Torres, PCA

Rosa Torres brings more than 20 years of caregiving experience to her role as Patient Care Advocate Assistant at Crescendo MD, where she has been a valued member of the team since 2024.

Rosa began her healthcare career by completing the Medical Assistant program at Bryman College. She went on to work as a medical assistant in a private physician’s practice and as a private in-home caregiver, developing extensive experience in providing compassionate, individualized care. Her background has given her a deep appreciation for the importance of personal attention, reliability, and strong relationships in supporting patients and their families.

At Crescendo, Rosa draws on this experience to support both patients and colleagues, helping create the thoughtful, attentive care environment that defines the practice.

Outside of work, Rosa enjoys spending time with her two daughters and is actively involved in animal rescue, helping lost pets reunite with their owners or find new homes. She also supports local families in need, reflecting her longstanding commitment to caring for others.
