Jen Austin, RN
Jen Austin is an RN at Crescendo MD. With nearly a decade of experience in concierge nursing, Jen is a valuable member of our team. Jen worked alongside Dr. Alan Greene at Private Medical where she cared for both pediatric and adult patients. As the company grew, Jen took on the lead RN role helping to implement procedures and protocols to ensure her patients were consistently getting top-quality care.
When COVID-19 hit in 2020, Jen quickly and effectively developed protocols for the Crescendo office following CDC and county guidelines. Furthermore, when the COVID vaccine became available Jen spearheaded the effort to ensure her patients had immediate access to the vaccine safely leading over 30 vaccine clinics.
