Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Janesta Noland serves as Chief Executive Officer of Crescendo MD while continuing her work as a practicing pediatrician and Senior Partner. Her foremost commitment is to her own patients and families. Her leadership of the practice is an extension of that commitment: creating an environment in which physicians can provide exceptional, highly personal care and develop lasting relationships with the people they serve.
Dr. Noland brings extensive clinical and physician leadership experience to her role. At Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford, she served as President of the Medical Staff and has long chaired the Medical Specialties Professional Practice Evaluation Committee—a responsibility she considers among the most meaningful of her hospital leadership roles. She is also an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Stanford University School of Medicine. Her experience in physician leadership and professional practice evaluation informs her commitment to clinical excellence, accountability, and thoughtful, patient-centered care.
As Crescendo’s Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Noland helps guide the practice’s vision, standards, and day-to-day priorities while remaining actively engaged in caring for her own patients. She is committed to building a practice where excellent medicine and meaningful physician–patient relationships remain at the center of every decision.
